Phola Coaches is handling training as one of the priorities to its employees in the road passenger transport industry. The training centre has been operating ever since the development of the organisation with qualified and registered trainers, which includes facilitators, assessors, moderators and SDF’s. Phola Coaches is now working forward to be accredited with QCTO/TETA (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations / Transport Education and Training Authority), whereby the centre will be able to provide full 120 credits for each qualification of occupational qualifications.
Phola Coaches training centre is producing professional drivers which are a positive contribution to minimise accident rates and incorrect driver behaviour on our streets. In addition, there are also other useful procedures the company implemented to monitor the behaviour of our drivers performing their duties on daily basis.
